Profibus Fiber Optic Hub
Introduction
Profibus concentrated fiber modem of FPROSHUB32 series realizes one-way Profibus electrical interface to multiple-way optical interface and transfer. Single-mode optical fiber is used with effective communication distance of 0-25Km, supporting any rates from 0-1Mbps. As optical fiber is the transmission medium, safe, rapid and long distance communication is possible in abominable industrial environment, like thunder, hollow sea, electromagnetic interference. Cost in protecting facilities during thunder and hollow sea while using copper wire is saved.
