Bus type Lonworks fiber optic modem
Introduction
The FLON fiber optic modem realizes Lonworks device to the bus-type optic fiber connections on the interconnection. Multi-mode fiber is used with effective communication distance of 0-2km, as fiber is the transmission medium, safe, rapid and long distance communication is possible in abominable industrial environment, like thunder, hollow sea, electromagnetic interference. Cost in protecting facilities during thunder and hollow sea while using copper wire is saved.
The Lonworks bus fiber optic mode can be widely used, such as industrial controls, intelligent transportation system (ITS), industrial networking, supervisory control and data (SCADA) and so on.
